Yes, provided the right item is selected. Black Allpum cable ties are produced in UV-resistant material for installations exposed to sunlight; the 100 mm size is the single exception and is not offered in that grade. Colored ties are intended for indoor work or for outdoor use with limited exposure. Where the environment involves salt air, chemicals or sustained heat, we normally recommend the APST stainless steel range in SUS 304 or SUS 316 instead of nylon. Tell us the installation environment — exposure, temperature and the service life you expect — and we will point you to a suitable product.

The nylon 66 ranges — standard AP, reusable APRE, marker APMK and the special types — are generally specified from -40°C to 85°C. The heat-resistant APH range is specified up to 120°C for installations that run hot continuously, such as engine compartments and heating equipment, and the stainless steel APST range covers -60°C to 300°C. These figures describe the rated working range of the material. Peak temperatures, continuous tension and UV exposure all shorten real service life, so send us the actual duty conditions whenever your application sits close to a limit.

Yes. Development of both ranges is complete. APF is a flame-retardant nylon 66 with a UL94 V-0 material rating, and APH is a heat-resistant nylon 66 specified up to 120°C. The 100 mm, 140 mm and 200 mm sizes of each are available now; the 270 mm and 300 mm sizes remain under development testing, so confirm those with us before ordering. One point worth noting: V-0 and V-2 are ratings of the raw material, not a UL certification of the finished cable tie. We list material ratings separately from product certification so specifications are not misread.

Production is split across three sources: our Chonburi plant in Thailand, Suryong Industry in Korea and an OEM partner in China. The standard Allpum AP range is made in both Thailand and Korea — the same AP specification runs on the Thai line and on the Korean line, so an order may be supplied from either plant depending on the size, the quantity and the delivery schedule. The flame-retardant APF and heat-resistant APH ranges are made in Thailand. The reusable APRE range and the special types are made in Korea, while the stainless steel APST and marker APMK ranges are produced by our OEM partner in China. Whichever plant supplies them, all ranges are sold under the Allpum brand to the same specifications. If your order requires a specific country of origin — for customs clearance, a tender document or a customer requirement — state it in your inquiry and we will confirm the producing plant with the quotation.
